V60 Pour-Over Brew Guide

What You’ll Need
V60 dripper, V60 filter, fresh Maestro Coffee, medium-fine grind, gooseneck kettle, scale.
Recipe
Coffee: 20g
Water: 320g
Ratio: 1:16
Temperature: 195–205°F
Total Time: ~3 minutes
Steps
1. Prep the filter: Rinse with hot water.
2. Add coffee: 20g medium-fine and level the bed.
3. Bloom (0:00–0:30): Pour 40g water and let gas escape.
4. Main pour: Slow circles up to 200g.
5. Final pour: Finish at 320g.
6. Drawdown: Total time ~3:00.
Pro Tips
Draining too fast? Use a finer grind.
Draining too slow? Grind coarser.
Swirl the dripper for even extraction.
