We’re just a couple of regular, hard-working guys who happen to be obsessed with coffee.
For years, grabbing a bag off the shelf—or even from some “artisan” roasters—meant rolling the dice every time: Will this actually be good? That quiet dread before the first sip wore us out. So we did what any stubborn coffee nut would do: we bought a roaster, took over the garage, and started roasting for ourselves.
Turns out, when you control every variable—bean selection, roast curve, cooling time—the gamble disappears. The coffee is good. Every. Single. Time.
That’s when Maestro Coffee Roasters stopped being a side project and became the real deal. We source green beans straight from growers we’ve met, people who know their soil like their own kids. We pay them fairly, on the dot, no middlemen. Then we roast in small batches, cup relentlessly, and only bag what we’d serve our own families.
Our mission is simple: give connoisseurs something to geek out over and turn everyday drinkers into converts, one flawless cup at a time. No hype, no fluff—just coffee you can count on.
