Our entire roasting process and inventory are under the constant and strict rabbinical supervision of GK Kosher.

We are honored to be certified by Rabbi Yosef Garelik, a leader of the Anshei Lubavitch community in Brooklyn, NY. Rabbi Yosef Garelik continues the prestigious legacy of his late father, Rabbi Gershon Mendel Garelik z"l, ensuring the highest standards of kashrut are maintained from the bean to your cup.

Purity of Ingredients & Flavor Profiles

To maintain the highest level of kashrut and transparency, it is important to note the nature of our coffee:

• 100% Pure Coffee: All Maestro Coffee Roasters products are made from 100% pure coffee beans. We do not use any additives, syrups, or artificial flavorings in our roasting process.

• Natural Flavor Notes: You may see descriptions on our packaging such as "Honey," "Nuts," "Chocolate," or "Fruit." These refer strictly to the natural flavor profile produced by the bean's origin and our specific roasting techniques.

• No Actual Allergens or Additives: These descriptions do not mean the coffee contains actual nuts, honey, or other ingredients. Because our coffee is a single-ingredient product with no additives, it remains fully compliant with the strictest Kosher for Passover standards and is safe for those with related food sensitivities.
